right to change products and prices without notice. Prices displayed on the site include VAT. Goods supplied
remain the property of Bathroom Boutique until they have been paid for in full by the Purchaser.

Once you have selected products you wish to purchase, click on “add to cart.” You will then be directed to our
secure payment portal, where you will enter the necessary payment details. Once we have received payment,
your order can be collected from your selected branch.

9. Warranty

a) All goods are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the event of defects resulting from faulty material/s
and agreed to by the manufacturer, Bathroom Boutique will replace such defective goods prior to them having
been laid or fixed to floors or walls.

b) Bathroom Boutique accepts no responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage of products.

c) No claim of any nature whatsoever will be entertained once tiles, sanitary ware or other products have been
laid, fixed, or used.

d) Tile variations in shade and calibration are inherent in all kiln fired products, and no responsibility will be
accepted by Bathroom Boutique for any colour or size variation in the product supplied.

e) Warranties on tiles are only valid if Ezee Adhesive products have been used and if tiles have been laid by a
qualified tiler.

f) Warranties on all other products are only valid if installed by a qualified installer.

g) No warranties on any electrical items.

h) All specifications are made by the manufacturers of the product and not by Bathroom Boutique. Bathroom
Boutique does not guarantee these specifications and will not entertain any claim regarding failure to meet
stated specifications.

3. Claims

a) No claims whatsoever will be entertained for commercial, second or third grade products.

b) No claims whatsoever will be entertained for tile adhesive failure.

c) Any claim for damage in transit or shortage in delivery by road transport must be endorsed on the
relevant delivery note.

d) No Claims shall be entertained for deliver by third party transport.

e) No liability or discrepancies will be considered unless these are notified within 3 days of receipt of
goods.

4. Alterations

Bathroom Boutique reserves the right to alter prices, terms and conditions of sale without prior notice.

5. Returns

a) Products may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of invoice.

b) Productsreturned must be in the original packaging and must be in the same condition as whensupplied.

c) It is mandatory that the Original Invoice be produced when goods are returned.

d) A 10% handling charged will be levied.

e) The return ofsuch goodsin entirely at the Bathroom Boutique’s discretion.

6. E-commerce Website Images

a) Images are copyright to Bathroom Boutique and cannot be downloaded for commercial purposes without
prior consent from the company.

7. General

a) Upon payment of your invoice, you hereby accept all terms and conditions of Bathroom Boutique.

b) Upon signing your invoice, you accept that all products are in good order and free of defects or
damages.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Zimbabwe.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
